I'm Shelley, and I'm beyond excited to connect with you.
My awakening journey began when life crushed me into a million pieces. After a brutal divorce, and the death of three family members in 18 months, I knew life was never going to be the same and I needed to do whatever it took to find meaning and purpose to keep me alive.
On my spiritual quest for healing, I made the brave decision to leave my home, give away my belongings to those who needed them, and buy a one-way ticket to Italy. I desperately wanted to discover the purpose of the second half of my life.
After three and half years of experiences and wild adventures on the road, I emerged a transformed woman from my ‘Hero’s Journey.’ My heartache subsided, I learned how to love and forgive myself, and I was liberated from my pain and trauma.

Facing life’s challenges can be difficult, but the only way out is through.
I have two wonderful adult children who are the light of my life.
My journey continues to be fueled by divine inspiration, driving my passion for spiritual teaching and lifelong learning.
I find immense joy in life's simple pleasures—nature's embrace, furry friends, cherished company, and exploring the realms of writing and philosophical reading.
