Tumeric & Pumpkin Spice Smoothie! Oh So Nice!


Happy Autumn Friends!

The leaves are changing and the scent of fall is in the air! Oh how I love it all!

There are so many ways to stay healthy and vibrant as the weather cools down and invites us to go inside a bit more.

This recipe is one of my favorite ways to celebrate the fall.

Turmeric and spice—oh so nice! This Life Shake-Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Smoothie is a great replacement for that Star#%$$% Pumpkin Latte with 50 grams of sugar!! And, this can be prepared hot as well.

This recipe makes the perfect pumpkin turmeric breakfast to help power you through your day.

With 20 grams of non-GMO protein you’ll kick those cravings and have all the energy you need!

Get ready for an amazing breakfast! Here’s the Ingredients and Directions for ya!


Pumpkin Oatmeal Shake Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Life Shake™ . (link to order below)

  • 1 cup nut milk of choice

  • ½ cup rolled organic oats

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup canned or fresh pumpkin

  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

  • Ice (as desired)

 Directions:

 Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until creamy. Bon Appetit!
