Bulletproof Coffee Recipe

Here is my secret to burning fat all day long!

You may enjoy this coffee either before your workout or after. It depends on your goals for the day. 

What you can expect: Experience clarity of mind, focus, and sustained energy for hours by having your Bullet Proof coffee in the morning.

The energy you will have for a fasting cardio or weight workout is remarkable AND you will teach your body how to burn fat vs carbs all day long!

VIP: To burn the most fat during your day, consider fasting for 12-16 hours, and eating during the remaining block of time.

I like to eat between 2 pm and 8 pm and fast for the remaining hours. Following this intermittent fasting protocol, 4 days out of the week is a great way to begin losing fat, gaining energy, and living the charged life!

Consider breaking your fast between noon and 2 pm and eat good fats like avocados and nuts along with 100% grass-fed protein or clean fish. Add a large plate of greens and vegetables. No need to count calories, just eat clean and lots of it!

Bullet Proof Coffee Recipe

Step 1: Brew approximately 8 -12 oz of Bulletproof Coffee using your favorite method.

Step 2: In a high-powered blender, add brewed coffee and 1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed unsalted Kerry Gold butter or Bulletproof Ghee. Add 1 teaspoon of Bulletproof Brain Octane oil - Work your way up to 1-2 tablespoons to allow your digestive system to adjust to avoid loose stools.
