Raw Mango Salad Dressing

Salad dressings can be simply amazing when they are home made. In less than 10 minutes you can stir up delicious dressings for your salads and they are very versatile for foods like fish, rice and pasta as well.

You can save money and ditch the sugars, excess salt, chemical cocktails and poor fats, while enhancing your dishes for a delightful salad!

Recipe: Oil Free

If you’d like to add some healthy fats to this recipe consider avocado oil, olive oil or your favorite flavored oil from a local farmer. Either way this will be delicious!

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe mango

  • juice from half a lime

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1-inch piece of ginger + 1 clove garlic

Preparation

1. Process all ingredients in a blender or a food processor.

2. Pour over salad and enjoy!
