Guilt Free Eating Tips
For many of us, most of the time it’s easy to be consistent with a good healthy diet. Then, there are those of us who struggle daily to make good choices that will empower us. It is especially difficult during times of celebration to get off track with all the delicious temptations at parties and social gatherings with friends.

If we succumb to all the treats and fancy beverages, we simply tell ourselves it is OK, but honestly, it’s the aftermath where we beat ourselves up and the self-sabotage begins.
What if you chose to enjoy the evening gathering without the guilt and then get back on track with your good nutrition once again? You may want to consider eating just plant-based foods, good fats, and clean protein for 24 hours to reduce any sugar or carb cravings. This can help get you back on track to clean eating without succumbing to temptations around every corner.
We’re not looking for perfection here, just progress. Having a clean diet has many benefits for us which also includes building a strong immune system. Consider making small daily adjustments in your diet that includes wholesome, nutrient-rich foods and save the treats for another day.
If we avoid sugary temptations and junk food at every turn we will be better off. It’s SO worth it because consuming this type of food can take us downhill quickly. You’ve probably noticed that after eating sugar, drinking alcoholic beverages, and eating fast processed food how terrible you feel.
Sluggishness, brain fog, and low energy set in and this isn’t the worst of it. We feel bloated and when we get on the scale we are shocked at the number staring back at us.
Remind yourself that every day is a new day to begin again and start over living in freedom.
We’ve all got nutritional gaps in our diet, so consider a program of smart supplementation.
This makes all the difference for a happy, healthy, energetic body and spirit!
Drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated is very important too, especially when we are on the road and away from home all day long.
Remind yourself to grab that BIG water bottle and a few healthy snacks before leaving the house. This way, you won’t be tempted to grab stuff from the convenience stores or fast food traps because your thirsty or hungry.
